A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and any required payment (deposit or full amount, as communicated) has been received. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment terms (including deposit, balance due date, and accepted methods) will be set out in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations received within a certain period before the travel date may incur charges depending on our suppliers’ policies and the time of cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our stated policy and may take a reasonable time to process.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers (accommodation, transport, activities). We do not own or operate these services and are not liable for their acts or omissions, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements for your trip. We are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with such requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
